The Chef’s Table
For group dining with a unique twist, our Chef’s Table located in a private room within the restaurant enjoys a dramatic visual link to the kitchen via a large plasma screen, offering guests a unique opportunity to gain an insight into the art and intensity of a dynamic fine dining kitchen.
Groups of between 8 and 10 guests can enjoy a ten course bespoke tasting menu which begins with champagne and canapés on arrival, followed by an introduction to the menu by the chef in the kitchen itself, where an amuse bouche will be served. Guests are then seated at the Chef’s Table in a private dining room where they can watch the kitchen team prepare each of their ten courses. During the meal, as each course is presented, a little of its provenance will be explained.
